*Katalyst Movement- Created by Katya Joseph, is an infusion of positive affirmations and movement to create both a physical and mental change in our lives. It is a mixture of West African, dancehall and house steps alongside powerful intentions and declarations that we’d like to see manifest. You will leave class feeling energized and ready to face the world.
